For project one the objective was to design for an online source. I knew that designers created websites, but I did not acknowledge the amount of navigation that is needed within a website. In type: 1,2,and 3 we have studied how to make grids, set rules, use captions, create headers, but this was usually done within print. When designing for the web, there needs to be a strong structure for how the website functions before putting in the formal elements. I think this is why Marty introduced us to the wireframes. For me the wireframes made me concentrate on the experience that the user would have. How many clicks it takes to go through one scenario.
